In this case, it is necessary to use lubricating oil with a higher viscosity. If the pressure still does not meet the standards due to oil leakage, the oil cylinder needs to be replaced.

If there is a problem with the position set by the equipment's safety valve, the high pressure cannot be achieved. When the oil pump and oil valve of the equipment are normal, if the pointer cannot rise steadily at low tonnage and remains in a small range at high tonnage, you can choose to loosen the nut of the safety valve, tighten the screw to a certain extent, and then tighten the nut to adjust. The role of the safety valve in the equipment is to protect the equipment from damage when the pressure exceeds the specified limit.

After the equipment is installed, if the pointer shakes or stagnates during uniform loading, and if it is the first time the force measuring oil cylinder is filled with oil, the air inside the oil cylinder has not been completely discharged, it is necessary to expel the air in time; if the oil cylinder is too dirty, this situation may also occur, so it is important to clean the oil cylinder carefully.

If the equipment has been unused for a long time after the first use or after changing to new oil, the pointer may also show intermittent or shaking. In this case, it is necessary to loosen the exhaust valve on the oil pump, let the oil pump run for a while, and allow the gas to be expelled from the loosened screw hole, then tighten it to solve this problem.
