Analysis of the three major usage problems of universal material testing machines

　　1. A prompt box appears after the computer software is online, indicating overload.

Exclusion method:

Check whether the communication line between the computer and the testing machine is disconnected; check whether the selected sensor for online connection is correct; check whether the sensor was bumped during the last test or while operating the keyboard; check whether the calibration or adjustment function of the software was used before the problem occurred; check whether the calibration values, adjustment values, or other information in the hardware parameters were manually changed.

　　2. The power supply of the testing machine host is not on, and the equipment cannot move up and down.

The tester host power supply is not bright, equipment can't move up and down.

Exclusion method:

Check whether the power line connected to the testing machine is properly connected; check whether the emergency stop switch is in the twisted state; check whether the power voltage connected to the testing machine is normal; check whether the fuse on the machine socket is blown, and replace it with a spare fuse.

　　3. The power supply of the testing machine host is on, but the equipment cannot move up and down.

The testing machine host has electricity, but the power supply equipment can't move up and down.

Exclusion method:

Check whether the equipment still cannot move after 15 seconds, as the host needs to self-check after startup, which takes about 15 seconds; check whether the upper and lower limit positions are appropriate and have a certain operating space; check whether the power voltage connected to the testing machine is normal.
