2. Main Structure
This instrument mainly consists of four parts: timing system, temperature control system, load, and cutting device.
A.Cutting Control System
Set cutting interval time from 1 to 9999 seconds, the set time is not lost when power is off.When setting, the upper four-digit display shows the set value of the cutting interval, and the lower four-digit display shows the set value of the relay pull-in time, which is 0001.Please do not modify. For example: to set the cutting interval to 240 seconds, change the four digits after WOK to 0240, and keep the number after RELY unchanged at 0001.During normal operation, the upper four-digit LED display shows the current cutting interval count value, and the lower four-digit display shows the set value of the cutting interval time. Specific setting method:
1. Position Selection Key >: When setting, used to select a certain digit, the selected digit will flash.2. Increase Key ∧: When setting, after pressing the position selection key >, press this key to change the value of the flashing position, this value increases unidirectionally.
13. Reset Key □
2: During normal operation, pressing the reset key restores the timer to the initial value of the release time (i.e., the upper display shows the initial value of the relay release time, and the lower display shows the set value of the relay release time), releasing the reset key, the timer starts timing from the initial value of the release time.
