1. Purpose and Performance:

TC—02The model flat vulcanizer is mainly used for the production of various PE plastic particle samples.This machine adopts a dual temperature dual control method, with independent temperature control for the upper and lower heating plates, providing higher temperature control accuracy and faster response speed. The sample mold is made of stainless steel with a mirror-like finish to ensure no impact on the surface of the sample.

The machine has a precise structure, with sensitive and accurate temperature control, easy operation, suitable for use in factories and research institutions.

3. Working Principle

Under the set temperature, the plastic particles are melted while being evenly pressed, and after a period of pressure holding, the plastic particles are pressed into plastic sheets.

4.Instructions for Use

1The box should be installed in a dry and level indoor location.

2An air switch should be installed in the power supply line, dedicated to this box, and ensure that the box and main unit are reliably grounded.

3Install the ground wire. (This operation is to be done by the customer.)

4After connecting the power supply, set the temperature and heat up.

5Weigh 35grams of plastic particles and add them to the mold.

6Place the mold in the middle position between the upper and lower heating plates of the main unit, wait for 6minutes to preheat the material after reaching the set temperature, then apply pressure to the equipment, allowing the upper heating plate to just touch the mold, and after 6minutes, press tightly and maintain for 8 minutes before releasing the pressure.

8After releasing the pressure, immediately take out the mold and place it in the water tank for water cooling for 1minute, then open the mold to complete the sample preparation.

5. Precautions for Use

1This equipment is not explosion-proof; do not place volatile or corrosive materials inside to avoid damage or explosion.

2Be sure to pay attention to burn prevention.

3Please add materials according to weight.

4Be sure to wear cotton gloves.

5This equipment should be kept clean, and when not in use, attention should be paid to applying machine oil on the surface to prevent rust.

6Please disconnect the power supply immediately after use.

7This machine is suitable for the preparation of low-pressure PE(HDPE)particle samples. For high-pressure materials, a non-stick plate device needs to be added, and it is recommended to use CT film as the material.

6. Daily Maintenance and Care.

The working environment of this machine is high temperature. If any parts show signs of rust, please apply oil and wipe off the rust immediately. After using the mold, please clean it immediately, and do not use sharp tools to clean plastic residues; it is recommended to use wooden materials for cleaning.
