The pipe static hydraulic testing machine is manufactured according to the requirements of GB/T6111-2003 "Test Methods for Internal Pressure Resistance of Thermoplastic Pipes for Fluid Transport". It is used to determine the pressure resistance failure test of thermoplastic pipes and composite pipes under long-term constant internal pressure and constant temperature. Detailed Description

1. Purpose

The TGY-10 type pipe static hydraulic testing machine is manufactured according to the requirements of GB/T6111—2003 "Test Method for Internal Pressure Resistance of Thermoplastic Plastic Pipes for Fluid Transport" standard. It is used to determine the pressure resistance failure test of thermoplastic pipes and composite pipes (such as PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PE, PE-X, PVC, PVC-U, PVC-C, and aluminum-plastic composite pipes) under long-term constant internal pressure and constant temperature. It is an essential testing device for plastic pipe manufacturers and testing institutions.

2. Features

This machine adopts advanced technology structure from Northern Europe, using a gas-free hydraulic (medium is water) system for pressurization, which is safe and reliable. Key components use imported high-precision advanced parts and high-end domestic products. The high-pressure pump head uses the American 2525 type three-piston 25MPa high-pressure pump head. The electrical control system uses the original Delta PLC central cluster module (micro programmable controller) for control. The operation part uses microcomputer control, allowing the operator to set various instructions through the display. After passing through the PLC central cluster controller, the PLC controller continuously transmits control information to each execution component, while each execution component continuously feeds back the test results to the PLC controller for display on the monitor. This achieves the mutual transmission of instructions and execution. After setting the test parameters on the display, it can display the test pressure, test time, and test pressure and time curves in real-time; the test temperature is displayed in real-time on the "temperature controller". The PLC central cluster control makes it an intelligent unattended testing instrument. The pressure sensor's pressure sampling frequency is 0.3 seconds, improving the overall signal response speed, control accuracy, and long-term operational reliability. It can also achieve independent control of test pressure and test time. This machine has a power failure protection function. When a power failure or other adverse phenomenon occurs, the test data automatically restores after power is restored, retaining the original test data. The microcomputer-controlled static hydraulic testing machine has strong anti-interference capability and is a domestic innovation, with a high performance-to-price ratio.

4. Structure and Working Principle

This machine mainly consists of four parts: pressure control system (high-pressure pump, main machine), medium constant temperature box, temperature control system, and fixture.

The high-pressure pump generates high-pressure liquid, which is measured by the pressure control system main machine and then delivered to the sample in the medium constant temperature box through a high-pressure hose for long-term static hydraulic testing of the pipe.
