LDWThe series electronic tensile testing machine adopts mechanical loading, electronic measurement, and digital continuous speed regulation, using a microcontroller for real-time control. This machine displays test force, displacement, and speed simultaneously in digital format, and has a peak hold function for test force. 2. Structural Principle

This machine consists of several parts including a deceleration device, testing machine frame, measurement control system, and testing fixtures. The lower part of the testing machine is the base, which contains precision stepper motors and control systems. The motor drives the screw to rotate through a synchronous belt and deceleration device, with a drive nut on the screw that is fixed to the moving beam. As the screw rotates, the moving beam moves up and down, and by adjusting the motor speed, the moving speed of the beam can be changed to meet various speed requirements for testing. The force sensor is fixed on the upper beam, and the upper fixture of the sample is connected to the sensor, while the lower fixture of the sample is connected to a coupling seat fixed on the moving block. This machine is equipped with a displacement measurement sensor, during the testing process, the load sensor on the moving beam measures the magnitude of the test force, and the displacement sensor measures the amount of movement. The signals from both are filtered and amplified, and converted to the microcontroller, which collects and processes the test data and displays it, while also performing overload judgment and protection.A/DThe front panel of the digital display shows both the test force and displacement. The test speed is set by the operator according to the actual requirements of the specimen before the test begins, with speed ranges.
